Beginner Guide

The safest first-session plan is simple: redeem codes, specialize one damage stat, follow the ordered Sea 1 islands, and verify live quest prompts instead of relying on old fixed level gates.

1

Redeem current codes

Start with free EXP, Cash, Gems, or Race Spins. Save timed EXP boosts until you can grind continuously.

2

Choose one damage path

Put early damage investment into Fruit, Sword, or Combat instead of dividing it across all three.

3

Follow the island order

Use the verified Sea 1 route from Starter Island through Thriller Boat. Exact recommended levels are community data, so follow live quest availability.

4

Build mobility and Haki

Add Flash Step, Sky Walk, Armament, and Observation as their live trainer requirements become available.

6

Farm with a target

Beginner FAQ

What fruit should a beginner use?

Prioritize simple area damage or mobility over rarity. Light and other accessible Logia-style options are commonly easier for travel and quest loops, but use the fruit you can reliably master.

When should I leave an island?

Leave when the next available quest gives a faster and safer full loop. Fixed level charts can become stale after patches.

Should I reroll my race immediately?

No. Read the seven race pages and decide which V2 path supports your build before spending spins.
